Dr. Grant is a wonderful and thorough doctor. Lauren and Cindy are fabulous too. However, Tammy, the receptionist, is very rude, abrupt and impatient. When she told me my insurance was inactive, I suggested she put my name in incorrectly. She yelled at me, "fine ma’am, we'll see you tomorrow"!. It turns out she did put my name incorrectly and my insurance was fine. Yesterday, I called to reschedule an appointment. She asked me to spell my last name. As I'm spelling it, she cut me off with "whats your birthday! "
I love Dr. Oo and his staff, they are the best and kindest, helpful you will ever find. I recommend them completely.
Dr Oo takes care of my 89 yo mom and is patient, kind & an excellent doctor.
