I bought a home and this company was given a check from the seller's realtor to fix some issues. They did a great job. Issue is you can't get a timely call back, and one of the issues was forgotten about and resolved almost 5 months later. Part of that issue was ordering product but no one was checking up on it. I did hire them for another job which they completed on time. I would give 5 stars if there was better communication and organization/planning.
Observed one of their service vehicles driving recklessly through a workz zone just south of Monroe Michigan. They were going approximately 80 mph through a 60 mph work zone cutting other drivers off with total disregard for the safety of themselves and others on the road. If this is any sort of reflection of the people they employ I'd personally choose a different company for the services they preform. Professionalism on and off the work site matters!
