Great place to hang out, no tickets needed.
Trails seem to favor dirt bikes. However, certain parts are great on an ATV. Trails have lots of whoops, corners, and mud. No fee to use trails. The map is online or on the side of the restroom. The restroom area is more of a porta potty style, not the cleanest. There are trails on each side of the road. I found that everyone using the trails was very polite and helpful. Very fun place to ride, trails are usually in decent shape- especially in the spring after they are graded. They do get fairly rough- lots of whoops by end of the fall.
