everybody that works there I've been going since the last vet was there Imas so it has been my ist to go to
every time I come, prior to my appointment time, I wait about an hour before getting to take my pet to a waiting room. it's ridiculous how far behind schedule they fall! today they didn't even have my dog on their schedule (YET I HAVE THE CONFIRMATION AND REMINDER TEXTS AND EMAILS SHOWING HER APPOINTMENT). absolutely ridiculous. theyre closest to my home, I had hoped that their delays at the beginning of COVID were due to precautions. clearly I was giving them too much grace,… See more
The staff is incredible! Our cat Shadow was there for a week due to a urinary blockage and they took amazing care of him. I couldn’t of asked for better care and I am eternally grateful for them getting our boy back to his normal self. They never gave up on him and we can not thank them enough! I highly recommend Maumee Bay Vet. All of our fur-babies go there and everyone is always well taken care of!
