This place is beyond incompetent. They do not know how to work their own systems and now after four visits still cannot get a referral to a specialist figured out after they have “confirmed” referral on multiple occasions.
Very unprofessional. Came here to get a note just for them to say to come later. I understood that so I did. Then when I came back when they told me to, they still said it wasn’t ready! They said it was because the woman who does it wasn’t there. I was like okay, I’m an understanding person. So I asked to come back an hour later and they said yes that’ll be fine. I will never come here again they have always accepted my insurance just the worst I will be changing my doctors office
I am not a new patient. This was an awful experience. I was in an accident, they refused to use my BCBS insurance they have always taken. Refused to write referral for mri when they could clearly see I was swollen, unable to walk, said it was because its to expensive. Said, oh MRI cost a lot of money. So what, I need to know why I can not walk and how I can get better. Price does not matter. How dare you judge what I can pay for and or afford. How dare you refuse to use my employer Insurance.
