RecommendedWe love Mauk's of Jonesborough. Mauk's has amazing customer service! Fifteen years after buying my husband's favorite chair (a classic Stressless brand chair) we lost a screw to the chair. It's unique and hard to find. I explained our situation, and Joel sent the screw with the tool to us no charge. I highly recommend this shop.
