I came out of the car wash and had grease spatter on my car that wasn’t there prior to going in the car wash. He said there was nothing in his machine that would do that and that if I would have paid for a $150 package then my car would be cleaner. I told him the dryer was not working on the left side so I needed a rag. He said the rags were for employees but if I would have paid for a higher package I could expect more.
