BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS!!! I couldn't sleep because I kept itching. I noticed I had bumps all over me so I turned the light on to inspect, I lift the pillow up & there were TONS of bed bugs. They only refunded half the price. I feel like I should've got fully refunded considering the disgusting circumstances....
Half the place is under construction and water was too cold 🥶 plus the fire alarm went off because of a burning hamburger
Will never be back - bought room thru Groupon. Lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool all shut down. Was treated by lady at the front desk very poor. Breakfast was watered down. Place is dirty, rooms , bathrooms and hallways etc. Arcade machines weren’t working right kept taking our money. Low on staff. Drove over 2 hours and was treated like they didn’t care if we stayed or left after I purchased thru Groupon and none of the information about attractions not in working order.
