I had booked this a month prior to coming to Maui for my family of 5. We had to drive an hour to the meeting spot, only to find that Sage had double booked. He had asked which of the two groups could come the following day, we had agreed because the other family was departing the next day(August14, 2025). He had told us we would get a refund for the mix up. This was so much fun! I could have spent all day on his boat. We saw so much snorkeling, including a large turtle!

This sailing trip was the highlight of our time on Maui! The sailing canoe is super stable and sails beautifully! We snorkeled and saw amazing sealife... turtles, starfish, and beautiful fish! If you want to get out on the water, book it!!

We had an amazing time. Experience of a lifetime for our kids (8/5/4). Being able to glide over the clear water and see all the sea life below makes this such a unique experience. Then to be able to just stop, jump off to snorkel and return made it an easy adventure. Sage provided history of the Island which was intriguing. Strongly recommend for any person or family. You truly are supporting local if you take this trip.

Really enjoyed our time on this excursion. Thank you for a lovely morning! Great views and conversation with Sage. Enjoyed the snorkeling and felt comfortable with the canoe nearby. We also crossed paths with a turtle. We left our phones on the shore and it was fun to just enjoy the experience. Highly recommend Maui Sailing Canoe.
