It's a shame there isn't an option to give them negative stars or some crap instead. Their property sucked, they failed to remedy what was wrong with the property or even send someone out to fix it, and later denied that anything was wrong!! Hot water issues continued throughout our stay and they kept making false promises to send someone to fix it. We had kids with us who suffered as a result.
We booked a stay at Kamaole Sands unit 5-311 for my wife and my 11th anniversary. Upon arrival we discovered that most of the amenities needed repair or were just non-functional. Guest bathroom shower was not operational, living room ac wreaked of plastic when used, living room ceiling fan wobbled so much it appeared like it was going to fall straight off, no sheets or blankets for the fold out couch, etc However, being on a tropical paradise with my family for 10 days, we decided to just go with it. Great Location to stay in while in Maui! Staff was very responsive and helpful. They provided suggestions of things to do as well as places to eat! They helped make our honeymoon extra special. Great management company with great people! Would definitely recommend letting them find you accommodations for any vacation!
