Maui Properties has been the most professional, hospitable, and kind home services provider I have ever come across. They were always available when I needed them, quick to act, and wholly committed to helping me achieve my home goals. They know Maui and its micro markets to the finest detail. There is a reason they are the most trusted brokerage, they do nothing but great work.
The absolute worst property managers. We were lied to upon moving in on a number of topics and were ignored when we were upset about them. Their only resolution was allowing us to break our lease and move out early, instead of fixing any or all of the problems. Leslee was absolutely useless in helping us, she would say she would do something and then “forget” and do absolutely nothing.
