We had the most amazing dinner experience prepared by Chef Matt and Kirby! All of the food from the appetizers, salad, main dish and desert, had unbelievable flavors that made your tastebuds dance with joy. This is super late - my apologies, Matt! My family and I were lucky enough to enjoy Matt's cooking last year for my father's birthday. The entire experience was lovely from start to finish, and was the highlight of our trip. The table was set with beautiful flora and fauna fresh from the garden. What a wonderful meal we just enjoyed thanks to Chef Matt. Along with his assistant Kirby Chef Matt prepared a beautiful and delicious meal that is the definition of farm to table (many of the dinner ingredients were sourced from Chef Matt's farm!) He arrived on time, got straight to work and left the kitchen spotless. Our kiddos loved the food he prepared especially for them and the four course dinner for the adults was beyond exceptional!
