Chef Maja is amazing! Our family of 12 was gathering on Maui for a special event and rented a house. We had Chef Maja handle all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the week. What a great decision. She listened to what we wanted, supplemented it with her experience, and we came up with a series of great menus. I’ve had the pleasure of attending dinner parties hosted by Maja multiple time and she never fails to blow us all away with her talent and hospitality. Her dishes are always next level and she makes sure to use the best ingredients Maui has to offer. Her Korean short ribs were so tender and tasty, just melted in the mouth. Make sure to leave room for dessert because she always has something exquisite for the grand finale. I would highly recommend Maja for any catering occasion.
We have been working with Maja for over 3 years. She is an amazing personal chef who delivers weekly prepared foods for my husband and me. Despite extensive, differing, restrictive diets, Maja somehow finds a way to make the meals healthy, diverse, and delicious. We look forward to her delivery each week. I hired Chef Maja to come do a private dinner party for a milestone birthday and she delivered on all fronts. She was super easy to work with beforehand, crafting a custom menu that was diverse, delicious but featured well executed island flair. Her timing was perfect and she and her team left the kitchen cleaner than it was upon arrival. Easy to be around & delicious food--what more could you ask for! Maja was with our family of 9 adults and 4 kiddos for a whole week, and we were truly spoiled by all the wonderful and nutritious foods she prepared. She even worked around our pesky food allergies :) Would work with her again in a heartbeat!
