AWFUL SERVICE - on the platform online several therapists are shown as available, they charge you full amount and afterwards they text you saying those therapists are not available, they offer you to reschedule or cancel FOR A FEE (?) for a service they were unable to provide. After explaining it is not fair they reimbursed PART OF THE MONEY, because they said they cannot refund the service fee. This place is awesome! I got a massage from Jade and it was the best massage I have ever had…she used her feet and it relieved tension in my body immediately ! She also massaged my abdomen which felt better than I expected and very relaxing . I definitely recommend Jade at Maui Prana Massage!
Love this little hole in the wall place, had the best Mommy massage with Therapist Ronnie. He has the touch. His hands are special. Am definitely going back and will be requesting him.
