Super helpful staff. Great inventory. Good prices. Our go to store for anything pool related.
Very frustrated, bought the pricey Vanguard Model about 3 years ago and now it's leaking so bad it's unusable unless you want to waste water and fill it up everyday to sit in cold water. Overnight the spa empties to ankle depth. Service department consists of one person for the entire island of Maui. Nice and knowledgeable guy, but has too much work for one person. It's close to a month since we contacted Maui Pool Supplies about the leak and all we get told is that they're swamped with repairs. You'd think being that swampe... read more
Friendly, helpful customer service. The lady working at the store is more than willing to assist and help with selecting correct pool/spa supplies.
Stopped in yesterday to look for a small chlorinator part. The gentleman working the store gave me access to their collection of “don’t throw away we might need later” parts bin. He ended up opening a complete chlorinator and selling me the needed part. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Kihei area.
