A very good firm. Mathew is always nice and friendly. Their Location is good and my experience with Maui optix is that they fill up my needs for my optical glasses. I recommend.
As always, the Doctor was great and everyone in the office is professional, helpful and always thoughtful. Appreciate the help selecting frames and lenses. We love Maui Optix. So yesterday I went to see Dr. Jamie and she was great. She walked me through the process of cataract surgery and made a recommendation of who could do the surgery. She was so kind and helpful. There is nowhere else I’d rather go for eye care. Dr. Teshima is a delight. Their patient care & customer service is nothing but kind and professional. It always feels like aloha is a priority even on their busiest days. Highly recommended, mahalo :)
Very friendly staff! Wait time was not like in the past. Almost half hour...then after my appointment time, another 20 mins after to pay and get my prescription. The Doctors are great! Met a new doctor who was awesome and friendly as the rest. I did mention of the confusing text to reorder and how I tried to text, then called and left messages twice with no callback informing I needed to reorder.
