Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Got me in and out quick. Has worked on mine and my kids bikes to get them back up and running
The staff was very friendly and informative as we had numerous questions for first-time snowboarders. We were able to walk out with 2 snowboard + boots rentals without ever feeling pressured. We even came back to buy helmets from them. 10/10 customer service and overall vibe. This is a great one-stop shop for biking, skating, and snow sports!
A Cannondale MTB frame I purchased here a few years ago cracked. Paul, the owner, did stellar work getting the frame warrantied and transferring components to the new frame. 1 week after discovering the crack in my frame I'm back out on the trails! Great customer service, thanks Paul!
Absolutely amazing service. Had to call ahead for ball bearings and the man working was so polite and attentive. Greeted us and made us feel welcome as soon as we came in. Left with a smile and got to say hi to the store pup!!
Went in for guidance on a bike rack. Maui North was very knowledgable about their products and helped me make my bike rack work for me so I didn’t need to purchase a new one. Just super friendly, and honest. Thanks again Maui North!
