I called before I went to make sure it was something that was able to be done . ( fixing my son’s balance bike who is two) from the call to showing up, the lady and two young girls were very polite! They have a pup who adored my son, very calm and too cute!! The gentleman who called letting me know the balance bike was ready was polite and kind and we ended up chatting for a moment about the pup🤣 but overall I’m glad I called and went! I’ll definitely keep them in mind or refer if someone is looking!
Maui is hands down the best snowboard shop around. Great tune and wax service, friendly and knowledgeable!
Had a terrible experience when returning my rented ski boots and skis. The male owner accused me of stealing my ski poles and then angrily ripped up my invoice and stormed off into the back. I have never been so humiliated as I would never do such a thing. I started skiing for the first time this year, so I didn’t even need poles. If I could give this place a zero I would!! Paul the owner is absolutely rude and ridiculous!!! I went in knowing that I was going to pay about 40 to 50 dollars to have my tire fixed. I called the previous day to find out how much stuff was going to be. Anyways as soon as I walked in the door there was a very nice lady at the front desk and I asked if Keith was in and she said no so I explained to her that I was coming in to get a kit for my bike to patch it the tube. We came in to purchase a bike, fully intended to get a bike and the fixings and didn’t because they have a giant dog in there that chased and knocked down my two year old. Owner/worker/whoever the woman was working showed zero remorse, just relocated the dog basically silently. Bad vibes. Dog was cute but they lost a sale. Be cooler about that stuff.
