Read the reviews before you go here, I wish I had. The male owner is one of the most miserable people I have ever met. I bought an e-mountain bike online because they didn’t have any in stock and the bike had to be shipped to a dealer to be assembled, so I chose Maui North. I was emailed by the manufacturer when it came in, so I went the following morning to get a look at the bike and pick out the accessories that I was going to buy and have them put on.
