The doctor I saw was great and very helpful, but I was going out of network to see him, so I asked in advance was the price was out-of-pocket. They gave me a price, I paid that price at the time of the appointment, and then I later received a bill for an additional $92.
Booked an appointment with Dr. Glenn he was referred to me by a friend. Waited a month and a half for the appointment to be called less than a week out that they are canceling all appointments on the day I booked and I can reschedule a month and a half later. If you need to see a doctor don’t waste your time with these jokers go find a different doctor.
Excellent service from check in to check out. Nurse Meagan was totally awesome and Dr. Bradley Glenn took his time and didn’t make you feel rushed. Definitely recommend this clinic. Nice and clean too.
I was so happy when I FINALLY got a appointment with a Gastroenterologist right here on Maui instead of having to fly to Oahu to see one at Straub. I got a consultation w/Dr.Cryan, had a MRI done the following week and Dr.Cryan called me himself to let me know I needed a Colonoscopy. His nurse scheduled me within 2 weeks of my MRI. I know it’s weird to be excited to have a Colonoscopy scheduled, but trust me when I say you too would be excited when the other option is to have these appointments done on Oahu. Wife has a severe ankle fracture and was denied service due to the receptionist “Jen” having a case of mondays. Now were not getting the proper treatment for a life altering injury. I refuse to let this happen again and hope no one has to be treated with the disrespect that were receiving from this doctors office.
