I FEEL GREAT! Wow, I did not realize what a special, healing and relaxing experience I was in for. A friend treated me to an afternoon with Eiko. We started with a foot detox - at first, all that dirty gunk coming through the skin of my feet was disgusting. I had an ion cell detox yesterday and could not believe the gunk I was releasing. That evening slept I deeper than I have in some time and the next day had the most sweaty yoga practice. I felt like I was still detoxing! Amazing!! Thank you, Eiko.
