My family of 6 adults arrived on Maui on November 24th. The 3 bedroom condo we rented was not maintained as well as we would have hoped. But Bree Lewis and her team at Maui Lodging Properties immediately resolved our issue by relocating us to an Ocean front Condo which exceeded our expectations. Thanks Bree, we had a great week in Kaanapali.
I booked with Maui Lodging but due to a complication needed to change around 40 days out. The customer service was wonderful. We got a refund and a prompt response! This is a company you can trust!
We booked a stay via VRBO that was managed by Maui Lodging Properties. It was an incredible condo with a spectacular view. The arrival into the unit was so warm and welcoming. The tv was playing island music, everything was sparkling clean, and there were even a few welcoming gifts. Maui Lodging Properties have been exceptional when it comes to customer service. As a property owner, provide the highest quality of service to their owners and the properties they manage. They are quick to respond to my emails and texts and have met every needs asked of them. Ask for the guests that vacation on the properties they manage, guest are treated like VIP's and have no complaints from Maui Lodgings service. Very happy with this company.
