Off of our balcony there was about 10-15 ft of walkway/beach and then ocean. 10 or so sea turtles everyday were seen and that wasn't trying to look. Quiet. No waits for elevators. Not the greatest amenities but if looking for a nice quiet place right on the ocean this is it.

From reading other reviews it, the enjoyment of your stay really sounds dependent on what unit you are in. We found unit 304 through VRBO and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Our unit was super clean and well appointed. We had everything we need for meals at the condo, time on the beach, and relaxing in the evenings. I think this might be the ideal location! The building juts out onto Ka’anapali beach so there isn’t really a beach in front of the condo but instead you are right on the ocean. There is access to usable beach... read more

I am so very disappointed. I have stayed here many many times over the years. I booked for December. Something came up and I had to change my dates. Despite being a multiple return guest, I got charged $150 to cancel even though it was 4 months out from our travel date. So very disappointing. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I am retired and every penny counts. ~Rissa and family

You can watch sea turtles daily from your balcony.
