My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Island Sand so very very much!!! The view and the turtles were AMAZING!!! Being close to the harbor and a BEAUTIFUL beach that went for miles was also a plus…. It was quiet, friendly, very comfortable and I would definitely go back❤️❤️❤️
Bugs found in bathroom and kitchen shelfs
Condo needed lots of love. Run down past due for reno. Managed by a mis- management company. Here you pray you won't need services like plumber. They do not call you back and all they did from 6 discrepancies is rehab a folding door off its track on arrival. Would have taken a refund and gone on open market but not allowed.The view from lanai is great and the pool. If you have a problem your Front Desk Help is in the Phillippines.

Decent condo with nice views. The ocean in front isn't really swimmable so you'll be driving a lot but we had a nice stay.
