The place is a bit rundown. My room was full of gnats and the air conditioning didn't work. The scréens to the lanai has holes in them and the rolling shade on the lanai was filthy Worst of all there were drops of blood on the bed skirt.
Great location and views. You are near Kihei or Lahaina. You can walk to restaurants and Ma'alaea Bay for whale tours.
This place is a quiet gem. Views are amazing. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. I did not want to leave.
Spectacular location. Good views, the place has a pool and barbecue. Ocean views and beach is 2 minutes away. The only two drawbacks are the cockroaches in the wc and parts of the house and that it needs an update and deep cleaning of the carpet. It has stains.
