I didn’t have the great experience that many of the reviews led me to expect. In fact, now I understand why those glowing reviews exist—it felt like the staff were more focused on getting a 5-star rating than genuinely helping patients. The whole environment came across as insincere and overly pushy. The doctor was quick to write prescriptions, and nearly everyone I interacted with asked if I wanted a medical marijuana license—which I found odd and uncomfortable. My husband and I who are Kupuna and can be challenged when using online resources had a Telehealth appointment with Maui Family Medicine and were helped every step of the way with kindness , respect and patience! We would highly recommend this clinic. Mahalo!
