I didn’t have the great experience that many of the reviews led me to expect. In fact, now I understand why those glowing reviews exist—it felt like the staff were more focused on getting a 5-star rating than genuinely helping patients. The whole environment came across as insincere and overly pushy. The doctor was quick to write prescriptions, and nearly everyone I interacted with asked if I wanted a medical marijuana license—which I found odd and uncomfortable.
