Thiago and Hian do outstanding work. Several neighbors have asked for his card because the garage and lanai look so beautiful. Thiago gave us all the info we needed to get HOA approval and explained the process clearly. He was very meticulous when grinding to ensure the coating will adhere, and he ensured every visible surface was evenly covered--no gaps or bare spots. Everything went smoothly with no surprises and they did great clean-up. It was a pleasure working with him and we couldn't be happier with the result.
