Skilled staff, good communications & knowledge, I am fully satisfied with the experience of all of my visits to MDI (which have been many over the past couple of decades).
The front desk lady Lee was very rude from the minute we walked in. She seemed upset that she actually had to check someone in or do her job. She was sassy and I wouldn't recommend going here.
I just received a letter from a collection agency regarding a $32 fee from Maui Diagnostic Imaging. I never received a bill in the mail, no phone calls, no emails, nothing. I tried calling them and nobody answered. I left a voicemail and nobody has called me back. The fact that they are willing to screw with my credit over a $32 fee without even trying to get in contact with me is sickening to me.
