I love this gym! It has such a fun, welcoming atmosphere, and the coaches are amazing. They’re supportive and encouraging without ever making you feel pressured or pushed beyond what you’re capable of. They really meet you where you’re at and are always willing to offer tips or modifications if something isn’t working for you. I dropped in this morning and LOVED the vibes here! The workout was super fun, the community was very friendly and Staci is so kind and confident as a coach. I look forward to being back on the island and dropping in again soon!
Staci is a great trainer who pushes you to do your best each day! Finished each week feeling stronger and better than before. Highly recommend this effective gym.
