Maui Condo and Home provided a beautiful spot at Maui Banyon in Kihei. It was a smooth reservation process- very informative, easy access once we arrived -clear instructions for entry. Clean and presentable unit. The office was very professional and great customer service - called to ask if we made it ok and if I needed anything else. . THANK YOU for a great get away experience
We are extremely disappointed with our experience with this property management company. Before our arrival, I proactively reached out after seeing prior reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns. I was assured the unit had been cleaned to their standards and would be in proper condition. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The carpets were visibly dirty, there were layers of dust on multiple surfaces (including ledges and the top of the refrigerator), and several pillows had visible stains that appeared to be bodily f... read more
Honestly terrible service. They don’t pick up the phones and when you stop by in person, they say they will deal with issues but never send anyone. Our door handle on our property literally falls off every time we try to enter or exit and they still haven’t sent anyone to deal with it several days into our booking. This is only one example of the issues we’ve run into. TL;DR Would not book with them again.
Rented a condo through them for our Honeymoon. The day we got in, we were unable to access the condo because the code wasn't working. I could tell the person on the phone thought I didn't know how to type numbers on a keypad because he was not being nice at all while saying "the pound button, number symbol, hashtag" when I'm assuring him it's just not working.
