We are extremely disappointed with our experience with this property management company. Before our arrival, I proactively reached out after seeing prior reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns. I was assured the unit had been cleaned to their standards and would be in proper condition. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Honestly terrible service. They don’t pick up the phones and when you stop by in person, they say they will deal with issues but never send anyone. Our door handle on our property literally falls off every time we try to enter or exit and they still haven’t sent anyone to deal with it several days into our booking. This is only one example of the issues we’ve run into. TL;DR Would not book with them again.
Rented a condo through them for our Honeymoon. The day we got in, we were unable to access the condo because the code wasn't working. I could tell the person on the phone thought I didn't know how to type numbers on a keypad because he was not being nice at all while saying "the pound button, number symbol, hashtag" when I'm assuring him it's just not working. As an owner of a condo in Maui I have always used Maui Condo and Home as my on island agency. Recently they have gone to a new reservation system which has appallingly bad user interface. I have mentioned this to them on multiple occasions and get NO satisfaction. I'll be changing agencies if they can't fix what is broken.
