I had this stroage for like 3 months it took a week to get my unit because other lady was in for 5x5 it so very very small and they charge $71 dollars every month and they took out for two months last month $134.oo out my account I couldn't pay my other bills cause they took it all and they have rats that pee on everything.it not worth get this storage it not very clean and you have climb stairs and I met a lady her was downstairs all her things was damage from rat pee and there poo I think this place a reap off the bill not... read more
DO NOT RENT HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE. The staff is extremely unhelpful and rude, there is so much rat shit in every unit it made me vomit.To add insult to injury, the staff also goes through your stuff and takes any valuable items and or keepsakes
Let me start off by saying shame on me as I had already had a bad experience previously with the former manager she basically stole around 6 months worth of payments spread out over two years because I paid in cash. Do NOT store your vehicle here. No cameras in the lot and they just allow people to break into your car and look at you like it’s your fault when you tell them. NOT SAFE. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
The owners are great. The prices are reasonable, and the place is clean.
