Update: Unfortunately they closed! All gluten free but you can't tell. Great thin crust pizza! Staff was very accommodating about questions on ingredients to help us know whether it was safe for our family's many food allergies. This was a big contrast to another local restaurant we called who wasn't willing to tell us what was in their gluten free pizza and made us feel awkward for asking. Good gluten free pizza and rice bowls. Brussel sprouts were awesome. Staff was great. The ONLY project green fork certifoed restraunt in Germantown.
