Very nice and sweet. They provided a small heater and dryer that can use in the camper-van under cold weather .
We hired the motorhome in mid June. The pick was smooth, they provided clear instructions and vehicle was clean. The blankets and linens were very comfortable and clean too. Overall driving was also good, we drove around Tasmania for about 1500km the engine was always responsive and it was smooth drive. The return of the vehicle was swift and easy.
