I initially came in to ask a few questions about the Kona - I have pre approval and am ready to purchase a car. I was asked to make an appointment for the following day which was fine because my time was limited on my initial visit. When I came in for the appointment I was left waiting for half an hour - I was told the car I wanted to test drive was out on another one and there were a couple of people ahead of me (why did I make an appointment then? I was asked if 4 would be ok for pick up when it was originally 2 and I said I can’t because of my son and his school, they said that’s fine and was told they will leave it at 2:30pick up which fine so I could be home for my son..I wasn’t out until 4:30! Would of helped if they could of just messaged the night before or even the morning of to give the heads up so my son wasn’t home alone for 2 hours
