Bought my car in 2018 Brand New. The service then was amazing especially by Darryl. Since Covid hit, the service has slowly gone downhill. Today was the final straw. I know my brake fluid wasnt changed a year ago when I paid for it. It constantly shows up in reports as required. I am not going to be ripped off paying for something twice. Look at some other reviews, this appears to be common practice now. 1 star and it is disappointing to write. EDIT: To top it all off. My service interval reminder was not reset!
Their true character, particularly in terms of dishonesty or moral deviation! My wife’s experience over the past 12 months: [1-2] Scheduled Appointments for 2 i30 N Line recalls, between 2024-2025. Brought the car in 8:30AM, unpaid leave. Collected the car 4PM (had to call, no body communicated) Spoke to reception, waited 30 minutes, got upset, asked, REPLY: Oh… we haven’t done that yet “Bring it back in a few weeks” they didn’t work on my car!!
