After getting my car assessed for an oil leak and finding head gasket failure and waiting 5 months for a gasket set and a tensioner to arrive and then be booked for the repair (which took several calls and a complaint email to the manufacturer). Todd Clarke "if you give me a 10/10 review I will give you a 40% discount" after a poor service experience (where they gave me the car 2 hours later than what I was told in the morning, unwashed, and with overinflated tyres). Absolutely dishonest. Falsifying ratings. Called him out on it and he begrudgingly decided to offer the discount regardless of the rating. My new EV started nagging me that the one year service was due. PIus I got a text from Maughan Thiem to remind me to book it in. I rang the RAA to check, as I thought it only needed a service every 2nd year, but they said it depends on the dealer. So I rang to book it in, which they did ie didn't mention that I didn't need one.
