Showed up quickly on short notice for a drain line emergency. Two technicians, German and Greg, were efficient and thorough in working through a difficult situation to clear a clogged main line of invasive root growth. Mauerhan remains my go-to plumber for good reason.

Maurhan are the only plumbers my building uses, and for good reason! They are always quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their customer service on the phone is excellent, and they have always scheduled appointments within a week of me calling, sometimes even same day! The plumbers who came to my apartment worked quickly to replace a broken food disposal with brand new piping, and they even threw in a new food trap for the drain! I had a nasty kitchen sink clog, and live in an old loft building with tricky (and again, OLD) stacked pipes. The Mauerhan guys came out quickly and snaked the drain--and there were issues close to my sink and down below in the pipes beneath my place. They were polite, explained everything in an accessible way, and we're really respectful of my property. Big recommend!
