Our time with Mauerhan has not been years but the short time they have serviced our plumbing problems has been great. Another visit and service was great. Service guy was great - handling the problem

Great service; really professional and easy!
Our water heater wasn't working so I called them and they told me they would charge a service fee of $175 to come out and look at it. I thought that was a bit steep but the lady I spoke to seemed nice at first and said that if a part is needed or if they need to fix it then it would be towards the cost of a flat fee. I was confused so I asked her again, Im like ok so if they cant fix it, its just $175 but if I need a part then that 175 goes towards the cost to fix? She confirmed.
