I needed help with pairing my Moen water detection device with the Moen phone app. This is not a job that a plumber regularly comes out to the house to do, since the water leak detection device has already been installed, and I just needed help with working the app. However, in speaking with Shannon over the phone today, she suggested I lower the sensitivity bar on the app and led me through the steps.
