About a year later.....STILL the ONLY studio team that is allowed to do my nails. After some terrible experiences at other salons with chemical burns, chopped up cuticles that ended up getting badly infected due to butchering, being treated like crap. C’était ma première pédicure chez Mau Studio Ongle avec Vy, et j’ai tout simplement adoré ! J’ai choisi la pédicure Deluxe, et le nom dit tout : un vrai moment de détente. Vy est douce, minutieuse et super professionnelle. Elle a pris le temps de bien faire chaque étape, et je me suis sentie vraiment chouchoutée. Mes pieds sont ressortis tout doux et super bien entretenus. Merci Vy, je reviendrai sans hésiter !
Hello! C’était ma toute première fois à Montréal pour une pose de gel avec Chablon ! Très rare de trouver ca à Montréal ! Aujourd’hui, j’ai eu une expérience incroyable avec Jenny, qui a su répondre parfaitement à tous mes besoins, avec une grande attention aux détails et une véritable capacité d’écoute. I’m really disappointed. I went in today to get my acrylic nails removed. The salon was nice, and a staff member kindly offered me a drink, which I appreciated. I thought the technician did a good job at the time, so I tipped her around 35%. But once I got home and looked closely, I saw that my nails were damaged and some acrylic was still left on. I really regret the experience.
