There is no one available to answer the phone or respond to emails. You can call all day and send multiple messages, yet you will receive no reply. Be cautious and only deal with a business where you can at least follow up if you have a shipment. This is by far one of the most suspicious companies I have encountered, with what can only be described as the worst, or even non-existent customer service I have ever dealt with. Stay away
