The rental experience was superb! Very easy to access vehicle and drop it off not to mention the price the big guys love to rip you off they wanted 120-150$ for a cheap economy car ! This rental company was far better priced when compared to same car was 1/2 the price or more! The car was extremely detailed and clean with a full tank of gas when we got! They even gave beach chairs and umbrella that saved us few hundreds of dollars! I am recommending this company to anybody that goes to Honolulu ! You will not be disappointed... read more
Excellent! Couldn’t recommend this place enough. They took very good care of my family visiting the island. I love that they are a locally owned business so they have the time and care for individual attention to our needs. I will definitely be using them again any time I need a rental.
Easy to work with. They set us up with a great car. They gave an upgrade because the one we wanted wasn't available. Great service, great owner.
Ota was an absolute pro and took great care of us during our recent visit. The Bronco was a super classy ride to take around the island. I’ve got the number saved and will reach out again any time I am in Hawaii. You can’t beat the friendly, prompt, and professional service of this company!
Ota was very helpful and accommodating. Had a new graco baby seat for my child and helped me by building an invoice to include a military discount. No hassle and cheaper than any other rentals I could find. If I am ever visiting again, I will be using Matvis again!
