Stay far far away. We originally booked thru Turo. 1 week before Turo cancelled the reservation because of a safety issue (this should have been my first red flag). Matvis emailed me directly to say they didnt know why turo cancelled it and if I booked directly with them theyd offer the same price. We went ahead and the communication was sketchy. Didnt get a pickup address until the day before despite having paid. Got the car and drove to our condo (we live on the island). Our condo requires proof of safety for cars parked. ... read more
Everything with the car went great! Ota was very helpful and very flexible. If I had any questions he was quick to respond and he gave us the car spotless and clean!
Cancelled last minute, now we need to find another car a week before landing in O'ahu, other options now are limited and much more expensive, poor service, would not recommend

Otto was so accommodating and even gave us a free upgrade! We loved riding around Oahu in a pristine Jeep Wrangler. Will definitely be in contact next time we’re on the island, can’t recommend them enough!
