Absolutely great company to work with. They have everything you need + great service and when you call you talk to an actual person. I had a shipping mishap not their fault and I did not catch it till long after 30 day i call and talk to them and they still stood by it that tells you a great deal about the company right there I will definitely be using them from here on out
Great work. The only thing I had a problem with is when I took my fish in to get mounted was they told me 24 months. Well it took them 46 months
Your line of products is fantastic, but your prices are astronomicalI have been doing taxidermy for 40 yrs and the last few years all suppliers have raised their prices and with shipping costs it is tough to do business Why are you the highest in the field?
Needed something quick for a rush job. Called the customer service and they shipped the item out to me faster than I could have expected. They really go the extra mile to ensure their customers are taken care of. Thanks Jodie, and the rest of the Matuska team!
