I received a package that unfortunately was destroyed during transportation and was missing part of my order. I emailed Matuska and I received a fast response and they sent out my missing items same day. I truly appreciate good customer service and Matuska was top notch.

Tried to go here this last summer. Me and my partner were curious as it’s something we’re trying to get into and thought it was cool. We went in trying to ask a question and a very heavyset blond lady met us with rudeness and told us that they no longer did classes and that we can find a YouTube video to teach us. If I wanted a YouTube tutorial I would’ve been at home watching them. Instead of being kind and giving us other resources we where met with disrespect right off the bat.

A great supply house to do business with. I'm nothing more than a small time hobbyist but they treat me like I'm a big time customer. I see a few people complaining about items out of stock. I've only ever had one item not available and they called me when it became available about a week later. That happens with any supplier from time to time. Not a big deal in my opinion.

Yes. Im a taxidermists and every time I try to place an order with yall the item is out of stock or has been discontinued. Eventhough, it on yalls brand new catalog. The attitude on the phone is another issue. Trying to stay away from Mckenzie as much as possible and try to order from yall and other suppliers, but every single time there is an issue. Why bother on putting on a brand new catalog if the item is not available anymore?
