Products are ok but the customer service could use a lot of help.
The online ordering process was easy. Shipping was fast. They took great care in packaging the items and even included a little candy bar as a gift. My bear is gonna look great on this pack frame. Thank you all.
This place is a JOKE!! Been ordering from them for quite sometime and i will never use them again after this last order!!!!!! There are plenty of suppliers out there, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
