Exceptional customer service. Mike and Khi were both great to deal with. I purchased 2 x custom made memorial necklaces with a loved one’s ashes in them. We got to choose the stones, shape and chains. We are really happy with the necklaces and they are very special to us. They are not waterproof, so they need to be taken off for showers, swimming, etc- from my understanding it just isn’t possible to waterproof this type of jewellery.
