Dismissive when responding to requests for information. Does not represent Affinity Property Management well. Only decides to respond after a complaint is made to the city. If I was seeking someone to rep my company, Aaron would be the last choice as I am indeed a business owner.
I watched Aaron present cases in court and was impressed so I hired him to handle my landlord/tenant dispute. Aaron is supportive, practical and pragmatic in solving problems. I trusted his advice and he was able to negotiate a satisfactory outcome. I will hire him again if the need arises and recommend him to anyone else dealing with tenant problems.
