I decided to have my vehicle shipped by another company and when the driver went to pick it up from this lot, the body of the car was scratched and the rim+tire were severely damaged. I reached out to the branch supervisor as well as the CEO Allan Matus and neither of them got back to me or even acknowledge that they received my message.
