Would not recommend if you need a responsive attorney for a Social Security disability appeal. I was assigned to Matty Sandoval, and communication was a constant problem — staff said a letter about my case was sitting on his desk and that he'd call me back, but he never did, even after I followed up. When I finally got him on the phone, I asked a basic question about income while my appeal was pending and was told "I'm not a social worker, I'm an attorney" — no guidance, no referral, just dismissive. Attention to all whom this may concern! If there was a way to give less than a star, Mr sandoval certainly earns it. Go check his website. It says his area of expertise includes reputation - Obviously, he's not an expert for not having a solid five out of five look elsewhere. Dude was late to his own meeting and completely unprepared If he didn't Even have the right case in front of him. Other people review negatively saying Mr. Sandoval is rude I can confirm.
