It was the worst experience I ever had in my life. This guy tried to bully me because I didn't want his services, and I was a different race. Almost had to call the cops. Would never recommend anyone to deal with this guy. Just from my experience.
I was charged $500 to put two 1/2” bolts in my front bull bumper because I didn’t have anybody to help me replace them it was the most simple repair and they decided the 500 would cover it and now my beautiful truck is pictured on their website which I never wanted very crooked deceiving people
If I could give them negative stars I would. Kept my golf cart for a month then told me I needed a new motor and controller. I told him when I brought it in to check the solenoid before anything else but instead he charged me $2700.00 and fixed nothing. Now he’s not responding to texts concerning giving me my money back. Exploitation of a senior citizen and I will be contacting a lawyer, the IRS and the Secretary of State. Please don’t trust anything he says. Police in the area know him and his crooked ways very well.
Despite the negative comments we still decided to use Matt to fix my Husbands Polaris (Four-wheeler) he picked the four-wheeler up took it to his place and allowed us to come by and he called with an update every step of the way... He even let us pay on a payment Plan. I would say everyone is not for everybody but I do believe that if you are a great customer you will receive great customer service and that is in any business. Matt doesn’t know what he is doing and charges YOU for his lack of knowledge… doesn’t guarantee his work even when he says his work is guarantee. Shouldn’t be expensive no matter what your intelligence is….. VERY unprofessional business. He will text message you nasty words if he doesn’t like your review. DO NOT USE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE…. You will be sorry. Take this review for what it’s worth, FACTS!
