RecommendedI went in to purchase an electrical cord, Matt went above and beyond on customer service to explain everything I needed, and told me how to fix the plug we use at the house. This type of customer service is not common every where. I am from out of state, but he is worth driving across 3 states to do business again with Matt and his whole team! Thanks for ur help! we limped in with our open range fifth wheel after an accident. Brittany Jordan and Butch have been great to us. we had to leave it there but they promised that they would get it done as soon as they could. we would recommend them
Had some work I needed done in camper and they got us in within just a few days and out a few days later. Outstanding customer service. Some big city dealers could take lessons from this family ran business.
Excellent service done promptly and at a reasonable price. Camping World could take lessons here.
Matt and the whole crew there are the most honest folks I’ve ever dealt with. Matt shoots straight if he can fix a problem or not, and you’re not stuck with a huge bill while they “think about it” as I’ve experienced other places. Service is the name of the game here and they take it seriously.
Matt’s and his service family, sold us our second 5th wheel. We chose to buy from Matt after several wonderful service experiences on our 1st older 5th wheel! After purchasing our 2nd unit from Matt he has went above and beyond on vacation we experienced blowouts! Matt answered the phone and helped us from 12 hours away! Service after sales can’t get that form some big box stores!
I get my propane refilled here throughout the year. Great customer service and a very friendly staff!
The owners are dedicated to quality service and satisfied customers!
