Called at 10:40 am and explained what my problem was. I was told someone would give me a call. No one called. Called back at 2:30 pm to let them know no one had called. I was told again not to worry. Someone would definitely call. No one called. It was getting close to closing time so I drove to the office and spoke to someone in person.
