I genuinely can’t express how grateful I am to have stumbled upon a place that provided us with such immense assistance at such a last-minute moment. As we were driving to Cedar Point, my car overheated and forced us to pull off the interstate. A hole in the radiator was causing the coolant to gush out of the front grill. Despite the situation, we managed to slowly drive the car to the shop. They promptly drove to retrieve a new radiator and replaced it within just two hours. Great people and great service. We were traveling to Cesar point from Indy. Our radiator started spraying from the front. We took it to Precision they called around found us a new one picked it up and installed it to help us get back to our vacation. They did not have to do that at all but that tells you what kind of people work at that wonderful place.

Precision Autoworks was on point! They met all expectations and were methodical on the repairs needed. Gave me proper additional repair recommendations to keep it alive longer. Way better experience than other auto shops that I’ve been to locally. Highly recommended!!
