I called Matt's to help with a couple leaky valves. He came out quickly and was very professional and helpful. He and Debbie were super nice too! I'll definitely call again if I need help with plumbing.
Can’t say enough good about Matt’s. The most competent service we have ever experienced. Add to that everyone we dealt with was gracious, beyond helpful with even the smallest request and funny in the bargain. Almost sorry they fixed everything so competently because we won’t need them back for a while.
Had these gents come by today to address 2 issues in the house. The sink was completely backlogged due to tons of sludge in an excessively long run with poor slope and a bathroom tub spout was loose and barely closed to activate the shower head. They showed up on time, prepared and quickly performed the tasks. We were very impressed and will definitely call them back when we get around to doing some upgrades. Thank you to Matt’s plumbing. Was told by another company “ Rotor Rooter” that a pipe had collapsed in my basement and it would cost $5000 min. To fix !!!. Called Matts and agreed on a date and time and the plumber came early which was great and scoped the line and said there was no broken pipe . Saved me a small fortune ! Awesome job. Very pleased , would recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber.
Today, Matt's Plumbing entered my home. I previously had another plumbing company come in to look at the problem, but after almost $500 and no resolution, I had to try someone else. Matt's Plumbing was courteous and kind. They looked at a variety of things that could be causing the issue and found the problem. I am super thankful for the help. I can now sleep better.
