I was referred to Matt’s Landscaping by Garden City Nursery. I called him and he said he was with a customer and would call me back in 15 minutes. He never called so I texted him and he did not answer and has not called me back and it’s been over a week. I had occasion to go to Garden City today so I told them of my experience. They said well he is very busy. That is no excuse as it takes no more than 5 minutes to return a text and just say I am busy and can’t help you at this time. Very poor customer service.
