i was having irrigation problems with one of my northridge rental properties. glad to have been referred to matt schaaf! matt was able to locate an underground burst pipe! he replaced the pipe, adjusted the sprinkler heads and flow! he was competent, timely and very professional. i would not hesitate hiring matt again.

Matt is the best. He really knows his stuff. He was a licensed landscape contractor for over 40 years and if you have an sprinkler problem he can fix it.

Do not hire Matt. He was terrible. I hired him to move my backyard sprinkler system a few feet over-just the heads, and he took out one of the pipes to one my stations that was for sprinklers in the front and would not come back to fix it;. I called him over and over again and he would not call me back. He would show up at my house for no reason. He also put them in wrong so parts of my backyard were flooded and I had to hire someone else to fix what he broke and refused to fix himself. I had paid him over $500 and he refuse... read more

They provided the original sprinkler system and did repairs a few months ago. The same problems persist...faulty connection, faulty vaulvr... have called and begged Matt to come back but he doesn't respond via text or voicemail. He was suppose to arrive on Saturday morning but never showed up or responded to my follow up text. His voicemail is full and so he only appears to respond when it's new business vrs repairing a faulty job. I wish I could leave a better review
