Always have complete information before completing the work with very accurate projections of cost and amount of time needed. Never have to worry about the work, it’s done right the first time. Courteous, professional, and down right friendly service.
Huge thanks to the folks at Matt’s for taking such good care of our Subaru Ascent. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain the service that was done on the vehicle. We’ll continue to use Matt’s and recommend them as well.
Knowledgeable mechanics and friendly front office staff - but unfortunately too pricey. They quoted $1,000 more than the VW dealership charged to replace and program the ECM in our family Jetta. I always try to support the Whidbey Island community and economy whenever possible, but this unexpected price difference led us to take the car to the dealership on the mainland for a better value.
