I would say for me the communication was good. I was not a totally happy customer as I had to do what I felt Matt's Guitars should have done. So its neutral for me. Neither bad nor excellent. When my guitar showed up at my house with out a gig bag, I called and questioned it. Everyone that researches guitars before they purchase them knows that Fender sends a gig bag with the Brad Paisley Road Worn Esquire Guitars and has been for years. Dudes totally cool. They set my acoustic guitar in less than 24 hours, great price, and the work was excellent.
They have done setups on a couple of guitars and do a great job. Really happy with them!
