Apparently an individual wanted to purchase a high end guitar on consignment from Matt, as I am the owner of said guitar, I can assure you most of the facts in the review are omitted or skewed but those who know Matt and his crew know that the review was woefully incomplete with all the facts. I called and had lined up a deal for a guitar I’ve always wanted. 1. When they pick up they just say “hello.” No warmth or customer service at all. 2. I am in Fla for a month. Moved funds from accounts to purchase the guitar. Was on the phone for the deal and the guy started telling me “fraud.” I can’t ship it to you. Awesome business with very kind support, guitar care and great prices. I purchased my first PRS Swamp Ash Guitar in beautiful Iri Blue from Matt's Guitars, and couldn't be happier. I saw the listing on Reverb but decided to purchase directly from their site. I called prior to ordering and was kindly greeted and they made me feel even more confident about purchasing from them.
