Matt's Guitars installed a Seymour Duncan Custom Custom bridge and Pearly Gates neck pickup in my PRS CE24 and do a setup. The service exceeded my expectations! Friendly and great experience all around! 5 stars!!!

Apparently an individual wanted to purchase a high end guitar on consignment from Matt, as I am the owner of said guitar, I can assure you most of the facts in the review are omitted or skewed but those who know Matt and his crew know that the review was woefully incomplete with all the facts. I called and had lined up a deal for a guitar I’ve always wanted. 1. When they pick up they just say “hello.” No warmth or customer service at all. 2. I am in Fla for a month. Moved funds from accounts to purchase the guitar. Was on the phone for the deal and the guy started telling me “fraud.” I can’t ship it to you. Now I do not think the guy on the phone had authority to make that level call. Didn’t try to talk to someone authorized or try to make the deal happen.
